Oak Room: extra large room, queen bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom, ceiling fan, faces back yard, upper level ($650 per month)
Green Room: standard room with single bed, large shared bathroom, upper level ($550 per month)
Almond Room: standard room with single bed, large shared bathroom, upper level ($550 per month)
White room: extra large room with double bed, private bathroom, ground level ($625 per month)
Lime Room: standard room with single bed, large shared bathroom, ground level ($550 per month)
Red Room: standard room with queen bed, large shared bathroom, ground level ($575 per month)
Half a month's damage deposit required at time of booking, first month's rent required at time of move-in.
High-speed wireless Internet, Hydro, gas, hot water, Cable TV Tiers 1 - 3, and ShawPhone, are all included for an additional mandatory fee of $70 payable the 1st of each month per person. ShawPhone has unlimited local and long distance calling in mainland North America.
